Bespoke kitchen fitting in London

You've chosen the doors, the worktops and the appliances. I make sure it all goes in level, square and tight to the wall — so the kitchen looks the way it did on the drawings.

What's included

What kitchen fitting includes.

Your maker or supplier builds the kitchen. I'm the specialist who installs it — and the fit is what decides whether it looks expensive.

  • Setting out, levelling and fixing every cabinet
  • Scribing end panels, fillers and cornice to walls and ceilings that aren't straight
  • Hanging doors and drawers, then adjusting them until every gap is even
  • Fitting larders, dressers, plinths and panels
  • Fitting integrated appliances into their housings
  • Protecting your floors and new materials throughout — and leaving the room clean

Still choosing a maker? Ask me — I'm happy to talk it through.

The process

Step by step.

  1. Step 1: Send me the drawings

Share your maker's drawings, a few photos of the room and your timescale. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a job for me.

  2. Step 2: Survey

I check walls, floors and ceilings for level and square before the kitchen arrives, so there are no surprises on fitting day.

  3. Step 3: Fit

Cabinets levelled and fixed, panels scribed, doors hung and adjusted — with your materials protected the whole way through.

  4. Step 4: Finish and check

Every door and drawer aligned and every gap even, then a final walk-round with you before I leave.

Questions

Common questions.

Do you make the kitchen or furniture?

No — I'm a specialist fitter. Your kitchen maker, joiner or supplier builds it; I install it and make sure it fits the room perfectly. If you're still choosing a maker, I'm happy to talk it through.

How long does fitting take?

It depends on the size of the job and how much scribing the room needs. I'll give you a realistic timescale with your quote, before anything is booked in.

Do you charge for quotes?

Quotes from photos and drawings are free. If I need to see the space first, there's a charge for the site visit — I'll tell you the cost up front, and it comes off the final bill if you go ahead.

What size of job do you take on?

Most projects I take on start from around £2,500. I don't take on extensions, skirting or small shelving jobs, so I can give proper time to the projects I do.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes: City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 2, SMSTS, and I carry public liability insurance.

When can you start?

Put your preferred start date on the form and I'll be straight with you about when I can do it. Summer books up first — winter is often easier, if you're flexible.

Planning a new kitchen?

Send a few photos or drawings and a rough idea of budget, and I'll reply within 1 working day.
